I created yesterday a demo builder for Ja_Fixel template (Site id: ja-fixel1381771065; Site name: ja-fixel1381771065) and in admin of theme i don’t see the setting for max-width of template.
I want to buy this theme for made a website like chopard.com where the width is fluid and all articles in front are shown in function of total width of monitor.
Can do this ja_fixel? Thank you.

you can manage these settings ( width ) customizing less files
You can set width of the template for any specific layout – mobile iPhone iPad Desktop

Ja Fixel is based on the new T3V3 Framework so it behaves exactly as you can manage and test installing the T3V3 from HERE

Take a look at the documentation and make your tests on the T3V3 template
