I fixed it. I modified /modules/mod_jaflowlist/helper.php

Hi pascm,
I add code at line 153-154

$uri = str_replace(JURI::base (true),'',JURI::base ());
$link = $uri.str_replace(JURI::base (true),'',$link);
and change old code at line 156 to
