hi everybody,
I wanted to change the Ja Genisha logo, I designed a logo and I wanted to upload it to the images folder of the template via ftp. But I can’t, ftp said that it was a critical error. I didn’t overwrite the logo. If it was uploaded I would fix also the template_css. But I could not upload it, what can be the problem ?

That’s a problem relating to files/folders permission. Go to Global Configuration > Server tab > File Creation. Click on CHMod new files to 0644, directories to 0755. Click the Checkbox Apply to existing files / directories and press Apply.

This should reset all files/folders to the recommended permissions. You would then be able to delete and change files normally.

thank you so much, but I solved problem with 777 not 755. After solving problem I set chmod again to 644.
