What’s not showing? And if it is a .png problem can it be corrected by making it a .jpeg?

Here is the screen shot of what IE6 does to the top part. The nice white bar/top border does not show up in the menu at the top.

I’m a little confused. When I look at your site it is green but in your example it is blue. I couldn’t find where to change the color. Is there an area to change the color? This could be a CSS issue depending on what your answer is.

Dear hearts, you can easy fix this problem by using this tutorial: http://komodomedia.com/blog/index.php/2007/11/05/css-png-image-fix-for-ie/

The screen shot was when it was the default. I changed it to ‘green’. The IE6 transparency was happening with both color versions.

I made those changes but in IE 6 if you go to http://www.hearts-at-home.net it still has problems but if you go to http://hearts-at-home.net leaving out the ‘www’ it fixes the transparancy problem. What should I do? Is a re-direct the answer to the IE 6 transparency problem?

http://www.hearts-at-home.net …. is what I entered for the non-profit site URL in Joomlart. I will add that this is a ‘test’ URL that I have directing. I have not moved the current site’s real name DNS info: http://www.hearts-at-home.org

I meant in the Joomla Administration area of your website. Under the Global Configuration select the Server Tab and on the 2nd line it says Live Site: and a url is listed. What is it?

I had choosen without the ‘www’ now I have that in. It works now when you type in the www in the URL but without it, it still has transparency problems in IE6

Just leave it at www and don’t worry about it beyond that. If it is a concern then you would have to write a redirect file to make sure everyone goes to the www.
