This change is always implemented but the module is still invisible on 3 different sites.

What version of JA Google Analytics module did you install? You could give me your site informations( admin, FTP) in private message. I will check it further for you.

This module is for Admin panel so you need to filter module with ‘Administrator’ instead of default ‘Site’: http://prntscr.com/hyw2ig
I still can see it in module manager.
Then follow this guide to configure this module: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-module/ja-google-analytics-for-joomla
