Hi all, the google map module in my website show all info correctly but is completely disable to mouse interactions; is impossible move the map, change the zoom etc. Also the mouse cursor doesn’t change if I go up the map. Why? Thank for attention, is urgent.

Could you share the credentials of your site so I will take a look? your site seems to be in offline mode now.

Dear Saguaros,
thank for the reply. I can’t do this because at the moment the site is in local… But also in your demo there is the same problem! From Joomlart, if you go to the page http://ja-elicyon.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/, you will see that is impossible try any action on the map! This is a problem of the skin, I think. Can you please help me to solve it? Is urgent. Thanks.

Kindly check the settings of JA Google Map plugin under Extensions > Plugins > filter / search this plugin

Then enable the options you wish.

Eh? What settings, sorry?

I have enabled all options (exactly as I do in other websites with JA skin, which work perfectly) but nothing happens. Can you please indicated me which options you intend (i have all options enabled)?

Please, can you try this to your test demo on the indicated link? This is the only template of all JA available template with this problem (in other skin the map works correctly).

And the result: no controls active, if I put the cursor on the map I see a simple arrow and if I click on control nothing happens. Exactly as your demo website for this template.

You can try opening the file: /templates/ja_elicyon/css/template.css

Approx line 2480, look for this declaration:

.t3-module.google-map .map-responsive {
  position: absolute !important;
  top: 0;
  left: 0;
  width: 100% !important;
  height: 100% !important;
}

Remove the property: height: 100% !important;
