Hello,

I have read several topics related to this issue, but i am confused as i haven’t found a clear solution.

I have installed ja_directory template, with JA Google Maps plugin.

When i load a k2 item the map loads normally for 2 seconds, i can see the location on the map, and then disappears with error "Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.".

Also, most of the changes on the plugin’s options, eg. zoom, have no effect to my item view screen.

On browser inspection, i get this:

Is there a fresh, fully updated version of JA Google Maps? The one in the quick start may be obsolete?

Hi
the error is showing the either you have not a valid API key in Google map plugin or its not added correctly .
You need to create a valid API key from Google maps and add this into the google map plugin .
Here is documentation .

Latest version of Google map plugin is 2.6.2 you can check it from JA Extension manager component .

Hello Pankaj. I have the same problem and I could not fix it. I’ve already 4 times generated code Google and I have not managed to make it work. I checked the plugin settings and everything is the same.

Could verify if everything is okay?

the problem seems in your API key , kindly create a valid API key for your domain as i suggested Here
