• Overlay images / YouTube video’s / Wikipedia articles over your maps.

Right click on the above video and Click “Watch in YouTube” to view fullscreen video. No Voice-over has been included in the video. For slow connection click on “HQ” to view in normal quality.

This plugin will be released in the next few days. Await further announcement for licensing and userguide.

I presume multiple pointers would be available for maps relating to directions. For multiple pointers map, i think one need to generate a map at google map site and then embed the map.

Nope, you can generate it locally and store all the details in a table. Like I have done here using a component from the JED that I modified to my needs.

And here using my own code a couple of years back and it didn’t work out too well. On my code, if someone puts bad data in the map is crashes the map. I must re-visit it someday.

Thank you for a wonderful enhancement to Google Maps! I wonder if their is a way to decorate or edit the tooltip with CSS? It just seems so large and in the way…..I know that is Google’s design, but just would love to add that as a wish list somewhere.
Thanks again for so many wonderful products, I am only signed up for the free membership because I cannot decide what I want yet!

Looks cool. Any chance to get directions also? And if so, most importantly, PRINTABLE directions? This is one thing really missing with all other Map plugins until now.
