Hi I have a problem with the JAGMaps plug-in.
I installed the plug-in with the Uber template, I subscribed with the API-KEY of GMaps and it points always to New Your City.
The problem of the plug-in is that it does not generate the code (in the code container) like the once it is posted here http://prnt.sc/aonuf9
it only generate the following {jamap} code and of course this is not enought to let the plug-in work properly.
Can you please help me fix this issue?

Hi there

There were some issues on your database i fixed them first using item Extensions->Manage->Database-> Fix

Then i uinstalled your plugin and installed it again to populate correctly assets and extensions db tables

It works fine now . you should only to fix width and height of your map as you wish from Ja Google map plugin settings

Hi Pavit, I see that now it works. You installed an holder version of the plug-in v2.6.0 this means that the new version 2.6.2 of the plug-in is not compatible with the latest joomla version 3.5.1? Joomla ask me to update to the latest version 2.6.2 of the plug-in, but I don’t want to broke it again.

Joomla ask me to update to the latest version 2.6.2

I just installed the first i had on my backup to test

You can update it to 2.6.2 and it will works fine the same

Trying to update, but I got the following error message:

Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE.

No matter, I can survive with the old version but latest version of the plug-in should have some compatibility problem.

This is not an error , you will need to configure correctly the Ja Extension manager component.
