Hello Support,

I’ve been trying for several hours to get my logo set. I have placed the logo in every folder.
images folder and themes folder. I’ve tried to insert directly into the theme via template manager. No success.
I’ve also tried uploading and over writing via ftp.

Something is definitely not working properly with the theme assignment… which complicates this issue…and makes it difficult to determine the correct folder for the logo.

Very grateful if I can get help with this… Please detail for me the correct folder placement of the logo so I can understand what is going wrong.

The folder that should be used for logo image is templatesja_hawkstoreimageslogo.png.

Hi,

Thank you for reply. Uploading to templatesja_hawkstoreimageslogo.png. folder and overwriting the old logo is not working for some reason.

Also setting the logo to “Image” and uploading in the theme manager is not working.
