Is it possible to define another background color than the standard grey when using too small pictures?

you might look at: http://www.kvinesdal-ap.info

only visible on large screens. Pictures used are 754×152, fine with screen size 1024×768 but doesn not look good with screen size 1280×1024

Please change the backgound color in this style in file template_css.css
