I have installed and activated the JA Header Module in all pages, but all i get is a static image that is called a.jpg.
The page i have for the images is: /public_html/templates/ja_antares/images/header/
and it contains the following images that are not showing up:
header_image1.jpg
header_image2.jpg
header_image3.jpg
header_image4.jpg
header_image5.jpg
header_image6.jpg
It only shows an image called a.jpg form that same forlder.another porblem is If I choose javascript i get an error appearing on the static image in the header.
Please advice,
Thanks for your help.

March 21, 2007 at 11:39 am #216221Do you have a live site we could take a look at Joy? That would help a lot.
Thanks.

March 21, 2007 at 12:47 pm #216232I am not sure if this is what is causing the problem but there seems to be some discrepancy in regards the the usage of http://centercoaching.com and http://www.centercoaching.com
Could you check in your configuration file that live site is set to http://www.centercoaching.com and not http://centercoaching.com ??
I am not sure if this could be causing it but it should be corrected no matter what. 🙂

March 22, 2007 at 9:21 am #216288Hello J,
You would need to make this change in your “configuration.php” file, which is on top level of your Joomla files.
Look for the “live site” in the text in the configuration.php file. Hope you can find it!

It seems that your header works fine now. Do you get any other problem on this template?davidp Frienddavidp

March 31, 2007 at 10:43 am #216931Hi Macjoy,
I had a similar problem. This is what I did to fix it:
1) Uninstalled ja_antares.
2) Changed the image folder for the header module to headers instead of header
3) Reinstalled ja_antares
4) Deleted the folder images/header/
5) Made my own folder images/headers/
6) Uploaded images into it.And that worked!
I hope it helps you a little =)

April 4, 2007 at 12:50 pm #217250I just experienced the same problem and my original solution didn’t fix it.
This time, I edited mod_ja_header.xml (i.e. in the zip file mod_ja_header.zip) and changed this line:
<param name="ja_header_folder" type="text" default="templates/ja_antares/images/header" label="Image folder" description="Folder to display image" />
to…
<param name="ja_header_folder" type="text" default="images/headers" label="Image folder" description="Folder to display image" />
Then zipped the folder again and installed the module after uninstalling the original.
… and uploaded images into images/headers.. which then worked!
There is something SERIOUSLY wierd with this little module 😮
Cheers,

April 28, 2007 at 8:58 am #219043Hmmm…. yet again something really strange. In reading what I’m just about to say, please keep in mind the context of my above post:
I had a look on my awstats and noticed that my top 404 is that file a.jpg (the picture of the guy with the soccer ball). Take a look at the stats in the image below:
Please let me know if you have any ideas as to why this is happening? (Note that the referrer for the top one is my contact page (site.com/contact) and the other one is /templates/ja_antares/css/template_css.css
