Hi there, I’ve tried changing the timer in the Administrator portion as well as changing mod-ja-header.xml to change the speed of the fade but nothing seems to work.

any ideas?

There are 2 paramater in the module which allow you change the animation time. It is Timer and Fadetime.

I’ve tried changing both of those, but there is no effect. Are you sure they are working? I’m using the JavaScript header type.
