Hi,
I am using JA healthcare template on godaddy plex server.
And the website is running very slow i actually got some 500 server error, does anyone experiencing the same thing?

They have a website running in the home directory and it runs quickly.

Please help.

Hi
Regarding the 500 error , if its internal server Error , you need to consult it with your host provider , this is something from the server side .
For load the site speed fast there are several factor that effect it including server configurations .
Here are some tips that will help u to increase the Joomla site speed .

let me know with site url if the error is coming from template i will check it .
