I’m trying to set up the 2 modules that are shown at the bottom of the JA Hotel demo. How do I set up the Links and Latest News modules at the bottom of the demo? Are these a third party module? I need assistance ASAP please.

I already read over that article. It does not cover how the modules at the bottom (in the footer were created) – the Links and Latest News modules. That is what I would like to figure out.
