This seems to be z-index issue .
Add below code in custom.css file to fix this .

.jai-map-container .popover { z-index: 1050!important; }

If this does not work , kindly share your working site url here , so i can check this issue on your site .

Hi
Go to /templates/Your JA Template css/custom.css file
if there is no custom.css file then create it and add the code . For the site if its not online , you can put it online and then use Offline mode (super user access).
