On my site, Newsroom Panama, the thumbnails are sometimes created, sometimes not. And, the images are different depending on whether you go to the site using http://www.newsroompanama.com or http://newsroompanama.com

Here are the differences on the front page:

http://newsroompanama.com Obama Picture: resized 260px × 220px
http://www.newsroompanama.com Obama Picture: original size

http://newsroompanama.com/panama Toucan Picture: resized 200px × 200px
http://www.newsroompanama.com/panama Toucan Picture: original 500px × 333px

http://newsroompanama.com/panama Hooked on a feeling Article Picture: original 649px × 478px
http://www.newsroompanama.com/panama Hooked on a feeling Article Picture: resized 100px × 100px

I have already done a “chmod -R 755” to the images directory.

This issue is from the ja thumbnail plugin, we have fixed and update the latest version. Now you can download and install again.

I downloaded the latest version, uninstalled the old version and installed this new version of plg_jathumbnail.zip. I do not see the problem fixed, still have images not resized properly when you go to http://newsroompanama.com.

1. The problem is not fixed, what is the next step?
2. How do I verify that the latest version is running?
3. Is there a way or do I need to have the resized images regenerated?

This is still a problem. If you go to http://newsroompanama.com/world, the images are resized, but if you go to http://www.newsroompanama.com/world, the images are not resized. This is the exact same problem I posted earlier, with steps to reproduce. I added a screenshot of the world page using the url http://www.newsroompanama.com as well.
