Hi jarekl !
You can do so by the following way:
Open template_css.css file in templates/ja_iris/css folder , find following code section at about line 1053 :


#ja-header h1 a:hover, #ja-header h1 a:active, #ja-header h1 a:focus {
background:transparent url(../images/logo-hover.gif) no-repeat scroll 0%;
}
#


change to :


#ja-header h1 a:hover, #ja-header h1 a:active, #ja-header h1 a:focus {
}
