October 7, 2007 at 6:36 pm #230748I only have one newsflash displaying also and then nothing – has anybody got more than one item to display?
October 7, 2007 at 10:24 pm #230769Nope. I ended up turning it off. Annoying too since it’s obviously working in the demo. You’d think this would be a fairly quick fix to post. Was going to try it in 1.5 which was supposed to be out Saturday, but nothing on that front either. Wish people wouldn’t release software then drop out of sight! Was hoping to get a site set up this holiday weekend. 🙁
October 8, 2007 at 2:55 pm #230799Any news on the Newsflash problem?

I’ve installed this template into Joomla! 1.0.13 spanish, first i got a call to a non existent function:
getRandomImage($mosConfig_absolute_path.’/templates/ja_iris/images/headers/’);
ok, fix that, now i get this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object
and a call to a non existent function:
getDivid($ja_left,$ja_right,$ja_mascol);

Q: Some of my menu looks horrible. Why?
A: Menus in JA templates are designed with the most semantic mark up are used over the net, it’s the list style. If you made change to the menu type, go to you menu module and change the menu type parameter to Flat List. It will solve the problem.

The menu indeed looks horrible, but the above instruction does not help. Here is how it looks with the standard Joomla setting:
and here is how it looks after applying the instruction above:
and here is how it should look:
