January 11, 2016 at 4:20 pm #844360This black bar wasn’t there before. It suddenly showed up after 1 day.

Before logo and menu were nicely on top of the video, but now there is this ugly black bar.

January 11, 2016 at 5:58 pm #844524Hello Andrew Winkler
The black bar is in the video you added in the template . You can check out the video separately on vimeo and see its already in video , or try to replace video with demo site video to see differences .Andrew Winkler FriendAndrew Winkler

January 11, 2016 at 6:04 pm #844528I checked the video on vimeo and there is no black bar on top.
In fact, I edited the video to remove black bottom and top bars, to have the full screen effect, and uploaded it to vimeo.
What is even stranger is that the video had no black bar on the JA Jason template at first and then, about 1/2 day later suddenly had that black bar on top.

January 12, 2016 at 1:12 pm #845498If I go the normal short vimeo address (https://vimeo.com/151380846), there is no border. If the template – for whatever reasons – switches to a URL syntax that – depending on the format of my video – adds borders on top and at the bottom, then please advise in which format I have to recompile the video so that there is no such ugle border added when displayed in the template. Thanks.

January 13, 2016 at 11:29 am #846571I had a look at the size of the video used in your template and recompiled my video in the same size (1280×780). After re-uploading the video to Vimeo, that is overwriting the previous one linked to in the template, the homepage looked perfect. The ticket can be closed.
