October 9, 2009 at 6:12 am #145028I chose to try this component before others like Templete Plaza’s, even though this was much more expensive. However, after a couple of weeks trying to implement it in join.y2kwebsolutions.com I am really disappointed not only because the product is really immature and buggy but the support is almost null.
I have posted at least 6 important issues in the forum and the total answers from JA is close to zero.
This is a very efficient way of losing business. I still have 6 or 7 days in my trial license and if I can’t resolve the majority of issues i posted i just won’t buy it.
thank you.
October 17, 2009 at 5:35 pm #320799I purchased this assuming that the licensed version will work properly. I have an active job board running and I was impressed with features, I do not see a Menu Item which will go to the default job site as in the DEMO. :(:o

Hi mcongosto,
I am quite positive that the JA Job Board can’t be compared to any joomla job board solution available, I have answered most of your questions and put some of the your request into the roadmap.
Kindly understand that the Job Board is just out of the beta for 2 months, and the important thing is we have a dedicated team working actively on the bug fixes & feature improvement development. Concerning the support on urgent issues, you need to submit a direct ticket to the technical team, the forum is the discussion of general issues to make the Job Board better
We commit a 100% customer satisfaction, you can request a full refund if it does not work for you. Find more detail at the blog post
