Guys I have one or two questions about the job board component
1. Is it tied to just one domain (excluding sub domains?)
2, Is the job seeker able to save searches. For example they log in and search for web development in alabama – Can they save this search in their profile to refer back to?Thanks

February 3, 2011 at 8:55 pm #374997Hi Mark!
1. Your license will be a code which is generated with your domain information. So it is just for one domain, but if you open a support ticket, you could ask for a local host license for developing.
2. Jobseekers do have the chance to save searches. Thats not all, they will get an alert as well if new jobs are posted for their save keyowrds 😉
Hope this helps, Im not a support member but thats the information which i have found.
Cheers

February 4, 2011 at 4:32 am #375036Ok Guys,
you need to get this cleared.
JA JobBoard is for unlimited domains, does not need license key anymore. You can check the pricing tab at >> http://jobboard.joomlart.com/

February 4, 2011 at 6:22 am #375043Its been long time, license key was optional for long and with 1.5.0 its removed completely. The ion cube were removed almost 1 year 2 months back…
You being one of the active member and even if you are not aware, than i guess its time to update the info at the landing pages.
Anyways. Unlimited domains it is 🙂

March 10, 2011 at 2:40 am #380625I have a JA Jobs pre-sale question. If an employer posts a job, can the employer see how many times that job has been viewed by applicants or can they only see if someone applies for the job? Thank y ou!

Hi,
– Employer can see how many times his posted jobs can be viewed. Employer also can check the number of applications for each posted job.
– An email will be sent for employer and admin if there is an applicant applied for a job.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.
