I am about to buy the JA Job Board and want to use it with the upcoming Joomla 1.6 across with the upcoming JA Teline IV for a job and news site.

So the main question is JA Job Board Joomla 1.6 ready?

While I cannot answer your question I do know that JA are working hard to have a big presence for the launch of Joomla 1.6. They are working extremely hard at the moment to make as many templates and components 1.6 ready in time and I am sure that their biggest enterprise product will be one of those.
