Greetings Joomlart,

For my website I want to both buy and integrate jomsocial with Jobboard in a proffesional way. As I understand from other posts this will be possible with Ja jobboard 1.5

Is the eta for the release of 1.5 known at this moment?
Will the account creation used for Jomsocial go instead of Ja Jobboard? or will the login for Ja Jobboard be upgraded with the functions of jomsocial?

Hi,

A plugin which has reported via http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAJB-642 will be developed to allow JomSocial and JA JB to work together. This brings much convenient for user to synchronize user profiles. JA Jobboard and Jomsocial can work and share user profiles on one transparent resource. Unnecessary to register/login to use JA JB or Joomsocial if you have done already once in only one of them.

We are planning to integrate this plugin into coming release JA JB 1.5.0. As there are some big changes applied on development process for this release so that the next JA JB version 1.5.0 with lots of bug fixes and new features/improvements included is under rush progress and scheduled to release at the end of this October.

Hello,

Does this plugin exist today ?
I want to buy JA JobBoard but I would like to be sure that the user’s Jomsocial profile will automatically be synchronized with the user’s JA JobBoard profile and vice versa, especially the education part of the profile.

Could you please confirm that ?

Thank you for providing the link. I just want to ask such plugin will cost a lot? I am on a tight budget and I am thinking of getting it but might also consider to just acquire the traditional one with no combined features. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated

Hi, i really hesitate, will this plug in will be compatible with the latest version of jomsocial (version 2.2)?

And would u please send some URL of websites which are using both of these components (JA jobboard and Jomsocial) ?

I will double/triple check with out JA Development Team as to the compatibility with the latest/greatest version of JomSocial

Unless users of both components report/advise/showcase their sites utilizing this combination, it is difficult to provide a list of example sites for such. I will see if we can, perhaps, acquire such information via our download logs – but again, a listing such as this may not be readily accessible/available.

I hope u will find the answer of my question as soon as possible.

May be not a list of websites, but u create a demo of Ja jobboard which already integrated with jomsocial by using that plugin.
