when JA k2 filter does’n match any results browser show page 500 error (see the screenshot).
Is possible to show a page in the content with No result ecc…

Could you share the credentials of your site (URL, Admin + FTP account) so I can check?
Also tell me the page and the search credentials you use to replicate issue.

There maybe something wrong with your installation as it missed files so it noticed 500 error, we’ve updated for you and it’s working now.

February 5, 2018 at 1:11 pm #1090132My bad, I enabled the development mode in global configuration to debug the issue. I disabled it and the homepage looks normally now.
For new question, pls create a new topic and share the credentials there, it would be helpful if other has the same concern.
