I have just checked your site, the search function is not slow as compared with other pages of your site.

If you want to improve speed of page load, you can enable system Cache and switch to use Ajax search function that JA k2 Filter provides.

An Ajax search option can be enabled in JA K2 Filter module’ setting form.

Hello thanks for your reply.
I can’t find the ajax option. I suppose I have to update the component and module.
I did the update but module had stopped working: it was writing “array” without showing k2 filter for custom fileds, only for the k2 categories.

I will try again.

I have updated the component and the module. As you can see the module in Materials works fine (but still slow), while the one under Slabs shows the word “Array” instead of the k2 additional fields filters

Please PM me administrator account of your site, I’ll check your settings and give you further suggestions.

I guess that you have updated one extra field from Multi select type to single select type. But item selected same options for that field, so it display as Array text.

To resolve this issue, you need edit that item, and update value of extra field, once done, save a form and test again.

Hello,

Yes, I got your PM, but I can not update global configuration setting and install extension with that account.
I want to enable/disable debug mode, cache mode as well as install latest version of JA K2 filter for debugging.

Please also send me FTP credential of your site, in case I need to edit some code to check if it can help to resolve the issue.
