Hi,

This is what the directory and its content looks like I haven’t entered search results:

This is how it looks like when i press the search button:

The layout is different than the standard directory, and it doesn’t look like the way it looks in the demo of ja directory (added a little bit of css to fit in the website). I want to have an intro image. And in the location field it shows the category ID, instead of the full name.

Make sure The “alias” of the extra field Cateogory (image) matches with JA K2 Filter Multi level fields data category (image).

Yes the alias of the extra field (not extra field category like you said) matches with the JA K2 filter multi level fields data category. There’s no problem here, I get the dropdown in the search module and I get a dropdown in the K2 backend to select a value for the extra field. The problem appears once I have pressed “search”, then I get search results but without images.

Hi Michiel,

I have fixed the problem on your site. Just go to back-end >> JA K2 Filter >> Option >> In tab Search Item Layout, set Template to Directory.

Ohh man, you have made my day! (I spent more than an hour to solve this maze)

But it is not all! We should turn to show a lot of radio button under the Item View Options tab to make it similar to the Demo. To fit the transparent mouseover block we also need some tune in the K2.css file!
