    Hi,

    I’m using JA K2 filter module an Additional categories for K2.

    When i search for a category, items with additional category don’t show. What can I do?

    According to our support policy, official technical support is available for active paid members of JoomlArt only.
    As your JA K2 Filter license has expired since last year, we are unable to assist further until you renew your subscription.

    Hope you consider the renewal to regain access to support service and latest product updates.

    Ok, but… it’s possible to receive support about integration services with other developer’s modules and plugins?
    If answer is yes, it’s probably I renew my subscription.

    Hi,

    JA K2 Filter is meant to be used with K2 only. Could you clarify what you meant with " integration services with other developer’s modules and plugins" .

    We are using extension Additional Categories for K2 (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/additional-categories-for-k2/) in conjunction with K2 and JA K2 Filter, but K2 Filter was unable to search for this additional categories.

    It is not possible to use K2 Filter to search for additional categories.
