Hi there

Could you try to logout from Joomlart then clean your browser cache and then login again ?

Maybe this can solve your issue

Hi, I tried to logout from Joomlart then cleaned our browser cache and then login again but nothing.
Every time I click on the botton "Joomla 3 & 2.5" the page shown is attached and if I login again nothing is happening.
All other extensions download no problem. (ex. screenshot_2).
Can yuo help me? I need the package…

Could you try to logout of your account, then clean the cache AND cookies, then login again to download.

If it still does not work then just send me your password in "Private Reply", I will test your account further.
