Hi,

I bought & used JA K2 Search (released date: 08/2014)..

The problem is: my item is showing 3 times in the search result…
Ex:
– I have a k2 item “Sample”
– I searched with keyword “Sam”
=> It showed “Sample” item on the result but with 2 duplicated item below. So, there are 3 items with the same title in the result.

Please help me!

I have checked your site, this issue occurred because you have not configured layout for search result page. By default, if search result returns 1 item, it will display in all leading position, primary position and secondary position.

To resolve this issue, you just need to follow steps below:
– In Joomla back-end >> Components >> JA K2 Filter
– In JA K2 Filter page >> Click on “Options” button on toolbar to open Configuration page of JA k2 filter component
– Open “Search result Item layout” tab >> update layout settings as you expect
– Save the configuration settings
