    Hello!
I use your nice K2 fllter, and I even successfully styled it by easydropdown plugin.
But this styling works great just in case of pressing button “Search” after choosing a value.

If I try to use Auto Filter, Ajax Filter mode it doesn’t work. It is happening with all of the jquery select styling plugins (I checked at least 6 ones). So when I choose a value in these modes nothing happening. When I remove jquery styling

How can I style your k2 filter in Auto Filter, Ajax Filter mode by using jquery pugins?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

We could only provide support for active paid members so you need to renew your JAEC extension club membership now to regain access to our support.

I really doubt your answer sounds attractive for your present and future customers. But thank you, now you lost at least 1 of your long time customer (I bought your subscriptions for many years (in 2008 or 2007 for the first time) and never again).

And by the way FYI I asked this question to your support already when I was your ‘active’ subscriber but I didn’t get any useful answer from you. You can check here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-k2-filter-and-search-new-version-styling/

As you can see my question still open.

As you can see, the last reply from your old thread was from our technical staff asking you to PM your site’s credentials i.e: URL, login info so she can investigate the problem further, however I just contacted @luna Garden to confirm and apparently you never did PM her your info, so she wasn’t able to solve your problem back then.

As per our support policy, we always check for membership status before getting the technical staff involved to make sure support is provided for members with active subscriptions only. We could never make exception or it wouldn’t be fair to our other paid members and break the whole system, I hope you can be understanding of this.

Every member is precious to us so it would be great if you could stay with us for another year 🙂 Once this membership issue is sorted out we can continue providing you support like normal.

thank you, but it’s just useless words.
As a developer you can check my question by yourself – it doesn’t work anywhere not only in my particular case.
It is in your interests. I’m not a ‘stupid’ user but developer also, so we had a chance to find a good solution for your actually nice but raw module.
But you like to waste your and mine time both. It is not smart. I’m dissapointed.
    Have a good day.

    Hi Euge,

From the support point of view, your question in other thread was followed up and it was you, who did not reply back. So, lets leave it there. Even if you would have replied that you dont want to share your site login as the problem can be easily reproduced, it would have been worked upon but in your other thread it has been abandoned by you not us, I see no reason for you to blame us for wasting your time or our time.

As a support policy, the support is available only to active members and we are not going to break it as it would be unfair to others who renew to access downloads and support.

Hope you understand our point of view also.

    Regards

    Arvind

    Hi Arvind!

I’m actually totally understand you. But I believe that your customers even without active subscription ones are really able to improve your products with minimal moves from your side. But it’s up to you, of course.

For example, I found an answer for my question by myself and I guess a lot of your members will want to know this answer.

    So it’s just weird policy.

Anyway, I wish you to have a great future,
    your products are good)
