    Hello, I just bought the membership in order to use this extension. I just installed the package (Module, Component, and Plugin). According to the guide now I’m On the 2.1 step. But when i click on Update Indexing appears a Page Not Found Popup. And when I click on Options, it doesnt look like the guide’s screenshot (I link mine https://photos-6.dropbox.com/t/0/AADCpPnDhaEH_-eEA7177H4P4QlrJwrPx5XFw8lIp3sTNA/12/122482261/jpeg/1024×768/3/1395259200/0/2/Nueva%20imagen%20%2839%29.bmp/2SPYWy8MGjl5rooXLV8xweJHDuzqu4WS5DlbPjvmSmc)

    At the bottom of that page i found this:
    Warning: require_once(/home/autopart/public_html/joomla2/administrator/components/com_k2/elements/base.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/autopart/public_html/joomla2/administrator/components/com_jak2filter/elements/extrafields.php on line 13

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/autopart/public_html/joomla2/administrator/components/com_k2/elements/base.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/autopart/public_html/joomla2/administrator/components/com_jak2filter/elements/extrafields.php on line 13

    Please I need some help!!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Alan,

    The JA K2 Filter is an extension for K2 component, that means it requires K2 component to be installed on your site.

    A K2 is not installed on your site, so you need download and install it first. K2 component is available for download on its official website:
