Not able to make any changes in Template Manager >> Profiles. When a different option is selected and click save…the process becomes indefinite and the changes is not effected.

I have enabled the ftp user on your backend with the new account you have provided

Now all changes are done are correctly saved

If you check in your Global configuration — Server Tab — Ftp Settings — I have enabled the FTP user, so now the FTP user have the rights to apply all changes made on your website.
