I have installed JA Kyanite II on a website and entered the title improperly during installation. When the install was complete, I changed to the title in the global configuration settings. Unfortunately, when I view the homepage in a browser and view the source code, the original title is listed–not the updated title. For extra measure, I checked page title for the Home menu item. Of course the Title field was blank, so I added the new title for the home menu item and updated the settings to display the title. Unfortunately, this did not change the title in the <title> tags for the home page either. The source code from the browser is still showing the old title in the title tags.
FYI… I have already cleared the cashe in my browser before checking the source code from the browser. For some strange reason, the title just isn’t updating as it should.
What am I doing wrong? I’m confused by this issue?
