Hi Guys

Its quite easy i must say to pull out credit card and pay for these template clubs, then there is the now infamous Quick start package how glorious and the few step guides that don’t get you ready for the many problems that await you.

We have the JA Larix quick start and now it has taken us 3 days 3 install attempts only to end up to remove the install directory as directed in guide and nothing more than nothing, empty white page. Search the forums and no help.

Can some one please please please tell us what is happening when we install the quick start and remove the install directory why we are getting no access to the site. We ve check the permissions we ve even matched it to another joomla installation on the same server and nothing. May i also point out this was a joomla install via cpanel. What wrong with your quicksstart and why we have pay for the troubles

Simply put tell me if this isn’t the most frustrating thing. Some one’s counting cash and we are losing hair over what is marketed as Quickstart.

Some one help us cause weve just about had anuff.

I did over everything adn reupload with FlashFXP. I removed the configuration.php file aan ddid the quickstart installation again. This time it worked.

Yes i am now accessing the site. heres a link to front page http://www.fontronics.net/phonemart

Heres whats wrong now. The images in top the slider and news are not showing up i’ve check they are copied to the server. I tried cmoding, i tired movng them around from demo folder and so on they are still not showing. Please assist me with finding what this prob might be.
