Greetings to all from newly registered member. Hope to build great website’s with JA Lead.

JA Lead looks like a template that I will be working on for now. I’m building a NEW WEBSITE and need couple of Tips.

Is it OK if I Unpack quick start on my hosting server, and then,
BEFORE installation, Upload and Unpack (overwrite) Joomla 1.5.17. and then,
proceed with Installation. It work’s perfect on my localhost.
This way I get quick start (everything like in DEMO) and Joomla 1.5.17. 😉

After this, I should probably change htaccess.txt to .htaccess and set SEF Url’s to Yes, but NOT sure about “Use Apache mod_rewrite” … when I enable it on localhost Links DON’T work… please advise if I should enable it on WEBSERVER.

Second thing is T3 Framework. Will this be applied for JA Lead and when?
Is it going to be a problem to Update site that is already built with standard Framework to T3?

I, too, would like to know this. Do older templates ever receive such an update?
