Hi mcpdvc,

I am sorry to inform that JA Lead is our former Joomla templates that are not driven by the new T3 framework which support multiple columes, RTL and handheld devices. If you want to use JA Lead with RTL support now, I am afraid that you might need to get a freelance talent to take up this custom project.

Otherwise, you can request JA Lead should be upgraded to work with T3 framework at this wishlist: http://www.joomlart.com/wishlist. If the demand gains enough votes, we will consider to make it come true very soon. Or you can select any templates from JA Teline III onward so that they are ready to work with RTL right away without any hassle.
