Hi,

I just downloaded quickstart package of JA Lens template and install into my local server and it works as normal, could you try to install Joomla package and see how it goes? it will make sure that the system you’re using meets the requirements of Joomla 3.

I have already built a Joomla 3.7.4 website with Joomla package and JA Decor template. It is working fine. Problem is only with the quick start package of JA Lens.

All system requirements are met.

Kindly check on the step which hangs, use Inspect Element on the browser > console tab and see if there is any error there.

I have fixed the issue. Googled the resolution steps.

Updated the "max_execution_time" parameter in php.ini from 30 to 90 seconds.
