The default template custom modules that are set to: module position:right; are displaying on the bottom.

This is screenshot of right position on JA Lens Template.

I could not duplicate the problem you mentioned.

I’m not sure why my site was behaving this way, but in any event, I added this css – to the main layout file – and it seemed to help – so I
thought i’d share:
