Hi Support, I need your help, please.

I just installed JA Lens. At frontpage all image is displayed but when i click Timeline the thumbnail not appear but only the title.

Please help me how to fix this.

Hi Zularizi
This is special case, so i guess that probably has javascript error. Please try user firebug addon on chrome or firefox to check and make sure that you disable SEF, remove .htaccess file.

I’m not sure. That is only step to find what is causing from my experience. As you know, our template is only the first step in during of the development processing a new site. So we can help you install a new one from quickstart as our demo without another extensions. Hope you understand us.
