Trying to replace Demo data & have modified these 3 pages only by trying to add verbiage to them. Now the whole page layout is off & I have no idea how to fix it, nor what I did to cause this.

I tried using the Template Guide copy/paste instructions to get it back to original but that doesn’t work either. I haven’t changed any settings anywhere else. In fact, I’m just getting started. I paid for the pro template install & would also like to know if you could Archive the categories/articles that JA Portfolio is not using so this is not so confusing for me.

    Hi,
I fixed http://www.burntstorebulletin.com/index.php/explore1243689474 article. Because of your editor. You should use default editor because when you save article by your editor, it will transform content of article.
    – If you put (html mode)

    {jaloadposition japos="template_image_slider"}
    transfom to
    <p>{jaloadposition japos='template_image_slider'}</p>'</p>
    — If you put (html mode)

    <div class="jatc-images">{jaloadposition japos='template_image_slider'}</div>
    transfom to
    <div class="jatc-images">{jaloadposition japos='template_image_slider'}</div>'</div>
    So article is displayed incorectly

Should I use the built-in HTML Editor or the Toggle Editor?
Thank you so much for helping me.

There seems to be a problem with both my Joomla Editors. The stuff you reference above happens when I use the built-in HTML editor and also using the Toggle editor. On the page you fixed for me (http://www.burntstorebulletin.com/index.php/explore1243689474) there is still a </p>’ that attaches itself automatically underneath the image-slider.

In my TinyMCE Plugin I selected “Extended” but I didn’t change any other setting. Attached is my screen. Is there a setting somewhere I have overlooked that needs to be changed:confused:?

Shouldn’t I be able to use one of the two editors that comes with Joomla?
    Update –
Using Firefox – Everytime I SAVE a change in an article the editor automatically adds the extra characters referenced above to the HTML code inside the article.

Using IE8 – When I SAVE a change in an article the editor changes the HTML tags to “uppercase” and I am not copy/pasting anything. I’m manually typing in HTML code and it gets changed when I click on the SAVE button. I’ve attached screen shots of what my the Toggle Editor code and HTML Editor code looks like after I’ve click on SAVE.

Is this my Joomla installation corrupt or editor configurations wrong? Or could this be my hosting server that is doing this?

I can’t find down why your editor has the problem. I guess Joomla 1.6.3 has problem. I using Joomla 1.6.0 and it’s OK. You try use Joomla 1.6.0. I will install Joomla 1.6.3 tonight and informing result to you
