Placeholder does not work two languages except you will have to override files that use different placeholder and you can choose them for two different modules,
Or you have custom customise the code to achieve it for Joomla language constant.

its the same custom module file that you added on this template for JA Login.
/html/mod_jalogin/default.php its an override file that you added in the template.

I am unable to log in on site as the admin page redirect me to Homepage
Kindly share the temp super user details and FTP details of site.
If the language files is not working it should show the same language code, if not the code may not working,

If the language files is not working it should show the same language code, if not the code may not working,

Better option defines the value with * on line 214
