May 31, 2011 at 1:02 pm #164642Hello,
In Community Plus we have 3 modules for login:
- Login Form
- Ja Login
But none of the 3 modules work.
How can I configure those?
What can I do for login actually work?Thank you.

May 31, 2011 at 1:41 pm #393877Sorry once again, I did find your login details.
I have upgraded the system pluginand the template for you as this bug has already been fixed. Please remove the account I created to test functionality.
I will mark this thread as solved. If you still have problems we can continue in your other thread. I will mark the other one as solved once you have verified the fix.

May 31, 2011 at 2:28 pm #393889Hi Phill,
The problem with login is solved, but now my template is unconfigured.
The JA Slideshow Module is unconfigured, the pictures and the text is confused.
And the position USER 4 is inside the USER 5.Please I need a fast answer because my site is online.

May 31, 2011 at 2:40 pm #393891OK, I have rolled back the template update as it seems you have mad a lot of custom changes. You will need to first go into the JA Extensions manager and in the services manager menu edit the “JoomlArt Updates” item and add in your logon credentials.
The click on the templates item and check for updates to the template. You will see a button marked “Compare”. with that you can work out all the changes you have made and make notes so when you upgrade the template from the beta version you will be able to fix the layout problems. Once you have upgraded your login will work once more.

May 31, 2011 at 2:48 pm #393897I don’t think the login is working (though I have not tested). You have the latest release of the plugin installed and that is fine but your template is still at the beta release and it is the beta release that has the problem with the login (a quick fix would be to replace the html folder with the latest one). Good luck and if you run into problems upgrading it feel free to ask for help.

June 1, 2011 at 3:13 pm #394151As I said earlier, you will need to upgrade your template re-applying all the custom mods you have made. The JA Extension manager compare tool will show you all the changes and should make it quite painless. All is detailed in my posts above.

June 2, 2011 at 12:32 pm #394314You need to put your account information in. Quite simple. When in the JA Extension Manager click on the “Services Manager” menu on the left then edit the JoomlArt Updater entry with your account details. This is so only those with active subscription can still access the templates.

June 2, 2011 at 1:14 pm #394326I will take a look later today. Did you make any custom changes to the template previously?
In the short term you can make it look as per before by rolling back using the JA Extension manager then clearing the JAT3 cache and all the Joomla caches.
I will then try and update again tonight and take a look at why that module is centered assuming you have made no custom changes.
