Well, I’ve only been a JA member for a couple months and I think I have seen people asking for something like this at least a dozen times.

In fact, I think I could use it as well. I’m still trying to understand how the standard JA login module doesn’t work with CB. Ie what you don’t get by using it.

CB requires and comes with its own login mod because it uses a different user table than joomla without cb. the users need to be iintegrated into their profiles and that cannot happen with a standard login module.

if you don’t use a cb login mod, you cannot use cb, it just does not work, plus, many cb extentions use the cb login, like the showing of avatars, pms messages, and such
