When a user incorrectly enters their login – the display is very bad.

They don’t know what to do – it shows the home page with a completely grey background and a BIZ login box in the component area and the warning message displayed in the message position which is not viewable without scrolling.

I want an unsuccessful login to go to a predetermined page with my own message (like a 404 page)

    How/where is this accomplished?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    In our demo site: http://ja-smallbiz.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/pages/joomla-page/login

when you enter wrong username / password, a warning message will display on that page: http://prntscr.com/hhl120

The template is biz not small biz.

The biz template uses a JA login and is a drop down link at the top of the page.

I did look at the biz login and it processes a incorrect login fine.

The question is how is this done? When I installed the biz template, the same functionality is now lost.

Where do I change the URL if there is an error logging in?

    Thank You

Looks like a simple problem with a complex solution.

    Login incorrectly…

I would like the incorrect login page to be the new/actual login page.

    • logo is not correct
    • background is not correct (see modules on right)

    ??????

    Hi,

You post in JA Small Biz’s forum so I thought you’re working on this template.

With JA Biz template, it’s the same process, we create a login page: http://ja-biz.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/joomla-pages/j-pages/login-page

and if you enter wrong credentials, it will direct to this page to login again. In case that you don’t want this layout, just check the template style which is being assigned to this login page and change to default template style via template manager section.

    Regards
