I used to be able to add new members via registration from the JA Login but always got loads of Spam so I enabled the Captcha plugin

for some reason beyond my knowledge I can not register new members anymore

does anyone know of a fix for this issue – I use the JA Community plus template and here is my site I can only add new members now with the plugin switched off

As JA Community Plus is a commercial product, we require members to have an active paid subscription to ask for support of this template.

Your account "mfcphil" does not appear to be an active paid account. If you have another account with paid subscription, please login with that account to raise question instead. Otherwise subscription renewal is necessary in order to regain access to our support.
