If I disable “show register form” option , and I use create account link in login menu

Then my customized registration forum does not have register/cancel button displayed.
The 2 white buttons are previous page and next page.

http://acece.eu/index.php/component/users/?view=registration

but if I enable the option, regsiter button comes back
What is the problem?
