Ok, so although I have figured out a work around for this… it’s still a very annoying problem and I think a major limitations for the JA_Mageai template… Most Joomla users prefer their sites to be search engine url optimized… so this is not an acceptible problem (for customers who pay for working templates).
Anyways, the workaround is basically creating a custom html image with the header image inside it and assigning it the proper position and then modifying the location using CSS…. Pretty lame.
This work around only worksif the page is a submenu item… for example, the search module on my site: http://www.policydrafts.com after searching does NOT show a header image…
BOTTOM LINE: What needs to be changed to ensure sub-menu items header images display correctly?
This is a great template minus this limitation!
