    Hi alioztr

In order to see where a problem may lie and to offer a possible solution it would be really helpful if you could supply a url of the site.

    Thanks

I’ll try to explain and let’s hope we don’t get lost in translation! My Turkish is zero! 😉

You have ‘Products’ (menü item) on your front page but no link to Jshopping for this.

What you need to have is a 1st level menü item that points to a joomshopping module that is “Main page of shop”. Without this menü item, the Home context is used for products when they are clicked on resulting in the Home Pages modules also being loaded in. So you therefore get the slideshow.

Try linking the products menü item to JoomShopping/Produts/All. Then clear your cache, the JAT3 cache and see if that solves the problem. I hope that it takes Jshopping away from defaulting to home and let’s it go to Products. Then masshead should work as the demo.

    Hope this helps!

Your menü at the top – ÜRÜNLERIMIZ – ‘Products’ has the url

It needs a url something like this –

At the moment, the only place for JoomShopping to show is the Home page. You have products there that I see, the metal boxes. So, joomshopping thinks that this is the page to show products. The home page. And when you load Home page the slideshow is set to show too.

What you need to do is to go to your menu manager,

Click on menü item – ÜRÜNLERIMIZ – so that you can edit it, and then in ‘Menu Item Type’ you click ‘select’ and pick JoomShopping / Products. Then in ‘Required Settings’ on the right hand side you make sure that ‘Show’ is set to ALL if you are using JoomShoppng 3.4.xx or that it is set to ‘-‘ if you are using JS 3.2.7.

This will mean that when you click on this menü it takes you to a view of all products in your store. It should also allow JoomShopping to associate this menü with the shop NOT the Home menü.

Sorry if I don’t explain this very well – it is difficult to understand/explain between two languages.
