    Dear all,

    For some reason the "fa-comments-o" doesn’t show up on mobile devices.

    Of course, responsive is enabled.

    Do I miss something?

    Hi
    Kindly set the default Editor to NONE from Global configurations before editing the custom html module .
    Editor remove the icon tag .

    Below i added the sample code you need to use in custom html module .

    <a class="btn btn-secondary" href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=173&catid=9"><i class="fa fa-comments-o"></i><span>Make An Appointment</span></a>
